Season 1

Carson Clarke is a lazy, aimless late bloomer who suddenly gets thrown into the quick and vicious LA entertainment business. Her boyfriend keeps nagging her about finding a job - but once she has one, things get complicated.

LaRhonda tackles the stigma of her relationship with her rich mogul partner, Herbert. Carson learns the ropes in Aggie's casting office, and Aggie gets a surprise visit from an unwanted guest.

Carson begins to struggle with tiptoeing around Reed and trips over all the lies about her new job. Aggie doesn't know how to handle herself as she secretly digs into Carson's vlogs. Today might be the day Carson loses control.

Aggie finds more reasons to give Carson a hard time at work and ends up revealing a new side of herself. As Carson becomes more self-aware, she starts questioning what she's doing with her life.

Reed meets Carson's sister, Marcy, and handles it like a lunatic. We get the first look into Aggie's big, star-studded holiday party where Carson meets some interesting people...
