Specials

This is the first of two Christmas specials. Egg mousse, roast goose with pate and prune stuffing, Swedish red cabbage, and Christmas pudding ice cream bombe for the Pilgrims' School Boys' Choir at Winchester Cathedral, Hampshire.

The ladies go to Jamaica at the invitation of the local polo team. They prepare the meal at a beautiful old plantation house.
