Lofty receives an upgraded claw, and proceeds to show it off. Bob and his team work on a pyramid to house a new exhibition at the museum.

When work on Phillip's new garage is delayed, he spends the night at the yard with Bob and his team. The gang's bedtime routine goes out the window after Phillip is mistaken for a ghost.

When the Town Hall's new alarm system keeps sounding off, Mr. Bentley suspects ghosts haunt the building.

Bob and his team are clearing the beach, but Lofty gets carried away with ideas on how to use the washed up driftwood.

Leo is filming the team building a new drive-through at Chef Tattie's milkshake bar for a college project. Scoop tries so hard to get on camera that he does not think about the mess he is creating along the way.

After Muck tells Pilchard the cat to shoo, no-one can find her anywhere. The team think that the cat must have run away. Meanwhile, Bob builds a shed for Curtis to store his tires in.

Bob is practising for a concert with his band, when Roley accidentally squashes their instruments.

Scoop is given the job of best machine during the preparations for Henry and Tilly's wedding, but he lets the title go to his head.

Muck wants to be able to jump like a horse.

Bob and the team work at the Zoo to replace Bella the elephant's enclosure with one that reminds her of the wild. Muck and Scoop begin to prank each other, and Muck decides to hide inside the elephant house so he can jump out and surprise Scoop.

Phillip has to take Mayor Madison to a book signing event, but leaves before his service has finished.

Two-Tonne moves a historic house to a new location but can't take the designated route that Bob plans for him.

It's Wendy's birthday, and Bob, Lofty, and the team are planning a surprise party for her. There's only one problem: Getting Wendy to stop working so they can get her to the party.

Scoop's attempt to stop Wendy's wonderful ice sculpture of a polar bear from melting could ruin Mayor Madison's Arctic-themed charity event.

Inspired by Dash Lightning's new movie, Scoop wants to be a super-hero.

Dizzy is thrilled to be working on the new butterfly house and wishes an orange butterfly would land on her. The butterfly pupae arrive and Dizzy is so excited that she doesn't realize that one has fallen into her mixing drum.

While building a roller coaster at the Dino Park, Lofty and Dizzy think that they have released a baby dinosaur.

Bob and the team install seating at the sports stadium. Lofty wants to impress Tiny and is embarrassed to ask for help.

Bob starts building a telescope for Mei at the Observatory. Mei then wants to test it by contacting her twin Lin on an orbiting space station. Lofty is put in charge of protecting of the new telescope.

Bob wants to motivate the machines, and decides to reward them with stars for working hard. Muck realizes that he has the fewest stars, but his efforts to earn more put everyone in jeopardy.

When Flame the horse creates chaos in an apple orchard, Bob and Muck must work out what to do with the damaged apples.

When a sinkhole opens up in the middle of Spring City, Muck keeps the looky-loos at a safe distance, but his own curiosity puts him in danger.

A slip-up from Roley leaves the band's instruments out of action, leaving Bob to conjure up alternatives from whatever he can find in the yard.

Scoop mistakenly thinks that a large box containing some vertical steels for Spring City's new skyscraper is Bob's surprise birthday present, and he promptly hides it.

Bob and team are constructing a bank safe in the basement of the partially built skyscraper. Dizzy gets locked inside the safe but she's the only one who knows the door code. To get out, she relays the code to Bob by tapping the numbers out on the safe wall like Morse code.

Scoop takes Pilchard to work at the Zoo, deluding himself that he has trained her like Saffi trained her dog. But Pilchard won't follow commands and ends up stranded in the bears' enclosure in danger for her life. Scoop and Bob hatch a clever plan to save Pilchard before the bears reach her.

When Bob replaces the jetties at the marina, Stretch has to do the digging. Scoop loves to get involved and wants to dig too, but in trying to keep up with Stretch, he slides about and gets stuck.

Bob is building a new themed ride at the Film Studio, but Muck starts a chain reaction of deliveries going to the wrong places.

Bob and the team go to the horse-racing track to fix it up before the Spring City Gold Cup. They encounter Carl Parker, who wants to film both the race and their work. But Lofty is afraid of being on camera, and his fearful behavior accidentally ends up damaging a new arch and destroying Carl’s camera drone. The arch can be repaired, but without the drone, how will Carl film the race?

When Bob and the team restore an historic ship at the docks, Mr. Bentley joins them, taking on the role of the ship's captain and interfering with the build. This leads to the ship launching down the river with only Mr. Bentley on board.

While building a restaurant at the amphitheater on the day of a big magic show, Scoop is inspired to try his skills as an amateur magician. When he fails to impress Muck and Lofty with his terrible tricks, he only becomes more and more determined.

When Bob and the team build a fitness circuit, Scoop causes havoc when he tries to perform a bucket stand.

While Bob and the team are building an outdoor adventure center, Scoop decides that he knows enough to go camping, but gets lost in the woods.

When the machines get spooked while building in an empty Dino Park, Scoop pretends to be brave and ends up having to travel through the scary park alone.

Bob comes to Leo's rescue when he gets a bricklaying job wrong.

When Bob's team tries to fix Chef Tattie's restaurant and ice cream freezer after a storm, Scoop decides to give all the ice cream away.

When an out-of-control boat hoist ends up dangling Scoop over the Marina, Leo realizes he may have wired the hoist's remote control backwards.

Bob and the team build pop-up shops out of shipping containers. Scoop decides to pursue his dream of becoming an architect.

While helping with yard repairs, Shifter manages to lock Scoop and Muck in their garages, and leaves Bob and Wendy stranded on the roof.

The team are building a hard court. Roley has promised to give a speech at the end of the day, but as the audience gets bigger he starts to panic.

Muck tries to help Mr. Bentley by being his chauffeur for the day, but discovers that he cannot do two jobs at once.

The team are building the Dash Treetop Walkway at the sports park. Scoop is determined to impress his hero Dash, but manages to get himself stuck at the bottom of a hill and needs to be dug out.

Bob and the team fix a mast on Horatio Fixham's ship; Scoop and Muck clean up storm debris.

The team are helping Chef Tattie prepare for the Spring City Food Festival, but Tread takes on more than he can handle and ends up delivering the wrong things to the wrong people.

At the skyscraper site, the machines develop their teamwork skills. But when Shifter spots Gull nearby, he imagines he is going somewhere exciting and follows him out of the site.

Bob and the team are building raised beds at the Town Hall when Muck gets sent off to pick up some manure. On the way back he realizes that his load is very stinky so he decides to avoid as many people as possible. Soon he's running late and rushes back causing mayhem in the process.

Bob divides his team in two to build hotdog stands outside the stadium, but Scoop mistakes their friendly rivalry for fierce competition and causes chaos.

Bob and the team set about building new garages in the back yard and Shifter would like a new home. Shifter wrongly assumes one of the garages is for him and Dizzy tries to help him.

After Scoop clears the snow from the roads up to the observatory, Tread shows him some nifty tricks on the slippery surface. Tread is watching Scoop attempt them too, when he becomes trapped by an avalanche! Scoop and Stretch go to the rescue, but getting him out of the snow is more difficult than they first think.

Unaware that the film set Bob is building is designed to fall down as part of a stunt, safety-conscious Leo spots what he thinks is a problem and fixes it.

Muck takes on the role of a busy Christmas elf at the plaza, but accidentally brings down the gingerbread house display that the team are erecting.

Mr. Bentley gets Bob and the team to set up Fixham's big Christmas party, but insists on hanging so many lights that they cause a power failure.
