Sasami has been chosen by candidate queen Tsunami as champion of justice "Magical Girl Pretty Sammy" with Ryo-Ohki as her guide. Meanwhile, Tsunami's jealous sister Ramia has her brother Rumiya turn Sasami's best friend Misao into the chaotic "Pixy Misa". Pixy's first attack is to intensify a love triangle between Ryoko and Ayeka for Tenchi's affection by turning the two girls into love-love monsters. With Tenchi's help, Pretty Sammy is able to dispel the love-love curse from the girls.

Biff Standard the greedy US entrepreneur of SynchroniCity is plotting to incorporate his business into Japan aided by Ramia. Pixy spreads the SynchroniCity program into computers all over Sasami's home town. The Standardization power attracts the moon towards Earth. With Miss Washu's programming, Pretty Sammy is able to put Biff's software off line, cure Biff of his mania and save the Earth from colliding with the moon.

A comet has landed in Japan, where Tsunami and her family are on vacation. Ramia has gone missing and become an amnesiac. Washu analyses a sentient blob of cosmic slime that was found at the comet crash site. Misao is attacked by a sorcerer, who overwhelms Pretty Sammy the next day. Makoto and the sorcerer are revealed to be transformed cosmic slimes. With Ryo-Ohki and Pixy's help, Pretty Sammy defeats the sorcerer, who restores Ramia's memories.

Sasami narrates a parody of Cinderella set in feudal Japan, starring Misao as the poor girl mistreated by her older sisters Konoha and Eimi. They receive an invitation to a ball at the local castle, where the prince will choose his bride that night. Misao is forbidden to attend the ball, and she prays to the moon for her parents to return home from overseas. The magician Ramia suddenly appears, but instead of granting Misao's wish, she turns her into an evil spirit of revenge.

Ryo-Ohki goes through a list of what he describes as twenty-six "magical powers" that Pretty Sammy has. Beginning with her magic baton and transformation sequence before moving to a list of increasingly absurd, made up abilities.

Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki describe the Kawai Family and residence. They begin with showing the layout for the first floor, including the CD Vision store run by Honoka. Moving on they visit Sasamy's bedroom on the second floor, then a mysterious and suspiciously familiar basement.

Realizing that Tsunami will soon become queen of Juraihelm if she doesn't do anything, Ramia decides that she must kill her! She plays a tambourine and transforms herself into the magical girl "Lyrical Amira". Rumiya tells her that she's too old to be a magical girl, but she promptly hits him on the head.

Pixy Misa uses jamming to hijack the show from Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki. She opens up some fan mail, but is angry that she got a letter telling her to stay as Misao Amano and a blank letter. She then threatens the audience to be nice to her and buy her video and laser discs because since she's the show's new main character.

Pretty Sammy is abruptly murdered by a thrown axe. Detectives Hiroto and Kenji begin investigating but they're met by the magical girls Love-Me Eimy and Konoha Haida, who came from HQ to assist them.

A mock preview for a Pretty Sammy movie that would premier in July 1999. Featuring the return of a great king named "Legend Zandelsaga", a man named Myuren who claims to be Sasami's lover from 2000 years ago, and several scenes parodying other films such as Fist of the North Star and Independence Day.
