Lele is anxious to see Alice again after her declaration at the airport, but a letter sent by her seems to cast shadows on the future of their relationship. What will happen?

Lele goes to the airport for Alice's arrival, but in her place arrives a woman who Alice met in Africa and to whom she gave the ticket. There is still a wait for the two lovers, but what will happen when the time comes?

Lele decides to give Alice the ring she had bought some time before, but it seems to have disappeared into thin air. Meanwhile, the story between Cettina and Giacinto seems definitively over.

Lele's birthday but the whole family pretends to forget about it to throw him a party. Meanwhile, the doctor's relationship with Alice is being kept secret, but how long will they be able to live in hiding?

Libero would like Lele to marry Alice, but his son does not feel ready yet. Er Pasticca, a friend of Alberto's, asks him to deliver some pills, but these end up in Annuccia's hands.

Alice has organized a romantic weekend with Lele, but the latter has to go to a conference in Turin. Among her colleagues there will also be an old friend of Lele of whom Alice is terribly jealous.

Cettina asks Giacinto to meet to clarify their situation, but the latter does not appear as he is the victim of a stabbing. Cettina can't know it, and imagines that the ex didn't show up deliberately.

While at Alice's house, Lele learns that her fiancée has been receiving phone calls for several weeks from a manic admirer, who doesn't seem to want to stop there.

Libero participates in a competition to win one evening at dinner with a singer, introducing himself as They Killed Spider-Man. The grandfather takes home the victory: Max Pezzali arrives at the Martini house.

While the Martini are on the radio, Lele receives a phone call announcing that Alberto has had a car accident. Everyone rushes to the hospital and discovers a very different reality.

Alice spends more and more time at Casa Martini. Alberto feels responsible for the accident that left his friend Adriano disabled, but thanks to his uncle's help he will find the strength to go and see him in the hospital.

Lele and Alice have decided to get married and are looking for a place for their honeymoon together. Everyone helps them find it, but everyone has her own opinion and in the end they decide to go it alone.

While preparations are underway for Lele and Alice's wedding, the latter is assailed by doubts. Lele finds a letter in which the woman says she is confused and wants to think away from him.

A group of girls dressed as odalisques arrive at Lele's bachelor party, including one in particular who is very close to Lele. Alice catches him in the act, but are we sure she saw us right?

The preparations for the wedding seem to never end. The small village where Alice spent her holidays as a child was chosen for the wedding ceremony. But there is no shortage of setbacks.

Lele and Alice are finally married, but while they are leaving for their honeymoon, the woman has a miscarriage, not even knowing she is pregnant. Plans change dramatically.

Maria and Reby come up with a really good idea: to have their friends play in the garage! Will they be able to get Lele's permission? Giacinto thinks of leaving his job as a security guard and opening a shop. Will Cettina allow it?

"Pisticca" apologizes to Adriano, but will he be able to make up for it? To escape Carmelo, a very insistent suitor, Enrica takes refuge in the Martini house. What will Lele and Alice come up with to stay alone for a while?

Alice feels bad all the time and already a few people tell her that the symptoms are all there and that she could be pregnant. Instead, Lele fears that it is something serious.

Alice does the ultrasound and discovers that she is expecting twins. Lele and Alice go home to announce the news to the others, when a phone call arrives letting Nonno Libero know that his friend Fausto is in the hospital.

Nonno Libero packs his suitcase and leaves home due to the constant quarrels of his two children, who find him in a rest home. Until he learns that he has been appointed condominium administrator.

Nilde wants Lele to enter the delivery room, but the next day Lele wakes up late and arrives at the hospital when her sister has already given birth, by surprise, to a black baby.

Alice and Lele announce the sex of the unborn children to the family: they will be a boy and a girl, but the happiness is not shared by the whole family because Annuccia becomes jealous.

Alice is very anxious about the arrival of the twins, and fills the family with advice and reading manuals on birth. Not to mention the contractions that terrify her and force the couple to rush to the hospital every night.

Alice tries to help Maria who is facing a particular moment in her life: Roberto has asked her to make love with him, but the girl doesn't feel ready for such an important step, even if telling her is difficult.

A great job opportunity for Alice is ruined when contractions begin. Meanwhile Lele is in the hospital where Giorgi died from a post-operative rejection... Will he be able to arrive in time for the birth of the twins?
