Season 2
Reena has become Reena 2.0, Radhi has embraced a new full-time role, and new interns have joined RK Multispeciality to bring fresh rhythm and beats to the hospital.

Resigned from her job, Radhi tries to find solace at home. Reena, now a senior resident, has a tiff with Arjun, the new CEO. Everyone gears up to welcome a fresh batch of interns.

Teju, now working in a modest clinic, is firm about not forgiving Naveen. While Radhi struggles to adapt to a new life, a dejected Madan considers suicide.

Preetham assigns a high-profile case to Reena with an ulterior motive. Radhi meets Teju when she tries to save a man's life. Divi and Sid plan to reunite their estranged parents.

Anitha feels slighted when Reena gets control of her patient's case. A long-awaited family outing turns disastrous when Dev publicly lashes out at Radhi.

Radhi begins visiting Teju's clinic for an unusual reason. Preetham gets upset with Reena when Arjun confronts him about the unjust work allotment for the nurses.

Kiran invites Arjun to the party Rocky and Guna are planning to help the juniors bond. At the hospital, Reena is caught off guard when Thyagarajan visits her unexpectedly.

Radhi guides Teju through a tense surgery. Reena is annoyed with Arjun's newly imposed rule. Kiran fights a stranger for Reena. Friction builds as Anitha mocks Guna's abilities
11. Under the Knife
Reena wins the case, but midway through the surgery, Guna's diagnosis is proven right. Arjun and Reena argue about the change in treatment during surgery and the increased expenses.
12. Conjoined Twins
Reena encounters Radhi at the market. Complications escalate when conjoined twins are born. Reena admits that only one person is skilled to attempt the life-altering operation.
13. Bittersweet
Expecting Arjun to get Radhi for the complex surgery, Reena fumes when a new surgeon arrives. Later, she enjoys making dosas for Thyagarajan. As she drops him home, she runs into Dev.
14. Lines Crossed
Raghav, the new surgeon, misbehaves with Anitha. While Guna is hurt as she does not confide in him, Arjun warns Raghav about his conduct. Madan approaches Arjun for a job.

Reena runs into Teju when they meet with a minor accident. Panic grips the hospital when Raghav disappears after Arjun's warning. With no option left, Arjun turns to Radhi for help.

Dev and Divi ask Radhi to reconsider her decision. Motivated, she returns to the hospital and successfully takes charge of the surgery. Arjun and Reena try to be friends again.
