Penelope Mouriki (Smaragda Karydi) works as a cleaner at a police station, in the Crimes Against Life Directorate of the Greek Police. One night, she accidentally comes across the details of a recent murder case. She reads them and intervenes in the conclusions of the investigation, making very important corrections. The next morning, Lieutenant Argyris Kalatzis (Nikos Kouris) and the head of the department, Sofia Charitaki (Marouska Panagiotopoulou) discover her intervention, call her in for an explanation and are in for a big surprise. They find that Penelope is endowed with very high intelligence and has an IQ of 160! The chief, impressed by Penelope's abilities, forces the reluctant police lieutenant Kalatzis to collaborate with the talented cleaner.
