It's been a year since the queen of Juraihelm passed away, and three people were summoned to replace her. They were Tsunami, Ramia and Romio. Tsunami was given a chance to become the future queen...BUT she first has to restore the balance by choosing a representative on earth, and having her do good deeds.
Tsunami picks Sasami Kawai, a typical happy-go-lucky fourth grader. Tsunami tells her she will become a ""magical girl"". She also sends Ryo-Ohki, a rabbit who thinks he's a cat, to help her out.
Ramia was soo angry that she visits Earth and hypnotizes Sasami's best friend, Misao.
Sasami is called to deliver a CD, but ends up at an empty lot. Then an evil magical girl appears. Who is she? Find out next episode!
Sammy has now become a ""magical girl"" problem is that she knows nothing about it! So she was with Ryo-ohki, Pixy Misa appeared and confronted her! She turned Sammy's CD into a monster. So then Sammy transformed and tried to fight the monster. She was so pathetic, that Misa gave her 3 hours to train.
Sasami’s class gets their exam results. Sasami scored a 60%, so her parents have her enroll in the Success Prep School program that her classmates have also been doing. To complicate things, Ramia and Rumiya have Pixy Misa take over the class as the teacher. Pixy Misa summons Comic Girl who is all about fun and no studying. Comic Girl starts zapping random students into comic books. Will Pretty Sammy step up and save the day?
Mihoshi’s class is doing a vaulting exercise. Sasami and Misao practice after school so that Misao can overcome her fears. But Ramia has other plans for Misao: to not only overcome the vaulting box but to have Pixy Misa summon the gym class’ worst nightmare.

Sasami and Ginji's road trip takes an unsuspecting turn as they end up on a deserted island, which isn't really deserted since it's actually the training grounds of the love-love monsters. Sasami's classmates somehow end up on the island as well. What will Pretty Sammy and the gang do now??
Sasami and Ginji stop by a town and find themselves involved in a conflict between the mayor's family and some outside developers. The mayor wants a ninja theme resort, while the outside developers want an American Western theme. It's an old fashioned western showdown, but what is Pixy Misa doing there too?

There's a new bully in town and his name is Boss. He transfers into Sasami's class and issues an open challenge to the strongest person in class. Pixy Misa (influenced by Ramia) manages to convince Boss to fight Pretty Sammy, and hatch a scheme where Misao is kidnapped and Pretty Sammy has to fight the boss. Will Pretty Sammy survive the challenge or will Pixy Misa's Bossman prevail?
When one of Washu's experiments to turn Sasami into an Adult goes out of control, Sasami ends up becoming a baby, and must face Pixy Misa in her current condition.
Ramia takes matters into her own hands in this episode and she shows up on Earth to recruit (well, abduct and then brainwash) a group of wives. She has Pixy Misa issue a one-on-one challenge to Sammy; a winner takes all battle at the school. If Pixy loses then she won't bother Sammy anymore.
It's a big event with everyone showing up. Pixy Misa does fight but does poorly; even her summoned love-love monsters are no match. Then Ramia has the Lovely Madam team take over and they are beating up Sammy with ease.

Misao realizes she is the infamous Pixy Misa and tries to hide. Sasami is upset about the whole magical girl thing as well, and tries to find Misao.
Will the two become friends again or will their magical girl counterparts lock them into battle again?
It's school festival time, and Sasami's class agrees to do a song. Misao volunteers her dad's personal song and also to play piano. Sasami tries to find Misao's dad with hopes that he can attend. But he's hard to track. What now?
Now that the balance has been restored and Tsunami is about to be queen, the third queen candidate Romio shows up. Romio launches her new plan and suddenly the balance is off again. Lady the Left and Lady the Right arrive at Sasami's elementary school and start wreaking havoc. And now there's a third magical girl: Love Me Eimi!!
The battle between Pretty Sammy and Love Me Eimi with Lovely Monsters Lady Left and Lady Right continues. Sammy accidentally teleports away from the action, and the Lady Left and Right continue to destroy the school and the earth. Looks like trouble! Fortunately a guest from Juraihelm helps Sammy save the day.
Romio fires her magic cannon which pushes the earth away from Juraihelm, but towards the sun! Pretty Sammy and her classmates try to figure out what to do. Washu comes up with a rocket that will take them to Juraihelm, and Ginji gets to pilot it. Washu, Ginji, Pretty Sammy, and Ryo-Ohki hop aboard. Misao wants to help out too and transforms into Pixy Misa. She finds a way to space travel to Juraihelm as well.
Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki are on Juraihelm and are making their way to the castle. Romio summons some squid monsters to attack Sammy and then sucks the magic out of Sammy with the NT System! What will Sasami do now? Will Pixy Misa and the others be able to help?
It's the final showdown between the magical girls vs Romio. Pixy Misa and Rumiya fight Romio while Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki storm the base to find and disable the NT system. To make things worse, Romio still has her magical cannon charged up. Will Romio's plans for destroying the earth prevail or will the magical girls save the world?
