Season 29

Each episode of this season has part of a serialized adventure story shown around the midway point, 'The Case of the Black Hand' stars Sooty as Sherlock Holmes tracking down 'The Master criminal'.

This is the last Season to have the "filmed on a stage in front of a studio audience" format. From this point on the show becomes sitcom like with the episodes set at 'Sooteries cottage'.
