TOUGH AS NAILS is a competition series that celebrates everyday Americans who consider the calluses on their hands a badge of honor . For the first time, the show filmed in the Canadian “Steeltown” of Hamilton, Ontario, and features essential workers from both the United States and Canada who are ready to test their strength, endurance, life skills and mental toughness in challenges that take place in real-world scenarios.

Teams are tasked with completing a muddy motocross track to the exact standards of professional riders.

Season 3 winner Lia Mort returns to guide the crews through a series of challenges at a local apple orchard; teams race to gather as many bushels of apples as quickly as possible.

Working-class Americans are tested for their strength, endurance, agility and mental toughness in challenges that take place in the real world.
07. Boom or Bust
The crews take a trip to the quarry where the contestants face the most explosive individual challenge ever when they must install 20 detonators.

Crew members compete in a series of challenges that give back to the local community

Dirty Hands and Savage Crew compete in the final team competition when they battle it out in a series of head-to-head matches inspired by the trades.
