The recruits have settled into life at the barracks, and are now ready for the classic tower jump exercises and military obstacle course.

The rigorous disciplinary regime and hard exercises are challenging, and several of the recruits are already approaching the breaking point for what they can endure.

After several tasks in which the intellect is put to the test, the aspirants must carry out their first sharp mission; the storming of a guarded factory in the center of Åndalsnes.

Gas attacks at the barracks and a reunion with the close combat specialist BOB are on the agenda when the aspirants are to be tested in stress management.

It becomes dramatic when one of the participants has to leave the company in the ambulance.
